She comes to the process as a witness, has worked as a cleaner
at the OC since 2005 (with intervals). In 2007 she began work at
the OC on 2nd April. Her functions consist of removing linen and
clothing from the apartments and cleaning them. She is part of
the cleaning team that works in the Ocean Gardens, situated.

She found out about the events on the following day. She knows
no details about the disappearance, just what she has seen on
the news. She has no knowledge of anything suspicious having
happened. There have been robberies at the resort but no use of
violence.
She has never heard of any other disappearance, rapes or sexual
violence.
She thinks she could have seen the family like any other family
or guest, but saw nothing strange.
